This
26'
cruising proa was originally designed for the
gifted industrial designer Mike Schaat. Unit
#2, shown above, has the unstayed Aero rig
which I believe is the optimum rig for a proa.
The design is CM construction in
plywood/epoxy. Unit #2 is shown sailing
in Finland. It has a large queen size
berth under a pop top.
